No, you don’t need a customer account to place an order.

At anytime, you can access your previous orders by entering your email and validate it with the code you’ll receive via email.

There is no password necessary, you’ll just enter your email address and a code will be sent to you to authenticate your email.

Once your order is placed, it is usually definitive. However, in some instance, we can change or cancel your order if it hasn’t been prepared yet. Contact us at laboutique@rosaeparis.com and we’ll do our very best to help you with your order.

Please note that the Customer Service is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm (Paris Time).

To register your return, log into your account and follow the instructions. And don’t worry if you haven’t created one, you’ll still be able to register your return thanks to your email.

We do not offer exchanges, but you can place a new order on the website.

As such, we recommend the utmost delicacy when it comes to the care and washing of your piece: for this reason, the care of your beautiful pieces should always be entrusted to a professional.
