Every product has a different shipping date, specified on the product page. For products that are in stock at the time the order is placed, the parcel will be shipped on the next working day.

The preparation of your order and its delivery times may be slightly extended during our Archives sales and the festive season.

Delivery is free on all orders above €250 to all destinations.

Depending on the country you are in, delivery costs and times, as well as terms may vary. As we may be unable to deliver to certain areas, we suggest that you select a different shipping destination or contact our Customer Care team to help you find an alternative solution at laboutique@rosaeparis.com.

Please note that outside the European Union and the UK, customs duties or local taxes may be payable and may be invoiced upon receipt of the package, in addition to the price paid to Rosaé Paris. These duties and taxes, the exact amount of which Rosaé cannot determine in advance and of which it cannot therefore inform the Buyer prior to placing the order, shall be borne by the Buyer, who is solely responsible for the proper completion of any related declarations and/or formalities.

In the United States of America, if your order is under $800, you won’t pay any import taxes.

In the United Kingdom, prices include VAT and import duties.
